Entry #2. Indulge in Concerts

When I was younger, I always heard of kids attending concerts and seeing their favorite artists in person. My family was never attracted to spending their money on concerts, so I experienced my first concert later in my life.

(One of my favorite group's lightstick!)
The first concert I attended was a small band called "The Midnight." At the time, they were my favorite artists, and I am actually happy that was my first concert. After I went to that one, my love for concerts only grew. In total, I've been to about 20 concerts up till now. I love the adrenaline rush it gives me when I attend my favorite artist's concerts and the preparation I must do beforehand. A couple of years ago, I got introduced to K-pop, and attending those concerts was different from attending concerts by Western artists. When I went to K-pop artist's concerts, there was a whole different vibe than any regular concert. Most of the groups have these things called lightsticks, which look different compared to each group, but they basically are self-explanatory; they are lights you can hold and wave around during the concert. Before the concert starts, there are usually people going around the venue handing out freebies to all of the other fans, and sometimes all of the artist's music videos play on the big screen for the audience as they wait for the concert to start. Concerts are one of those things that will always be so special to me. I love music, so seeing my favorite music played live in front of me will always make me happy.

If you have never been to a concert, I would definitely recommend it! I'm looking forward to all of my upcoming concerts, and I wish to never lose the joy of attending them.
