          Having many conversations this past month about media has made me question many things about it. People trust information found on the internet, but most of the time, it's false information. I have also started thinking about how people are seriously addicted to their phones, including me. Everyone has gotten used to constant scrolling, especially with new apps like TikTok or Instagram, which has made us develop a smaller attention span.     When I first thought about my topic for this last essay, my mind first went to how technology, both mentally and physically, affects us.
